Our Staff

Yeamans Park is blessed to have a dedicated staff. Our staff works as a catalyst for ministry throughout the church. The staff encourages and equips members and serves as a resource for ministry teams.

Congregational Nurture Coordinator

Martha Trussell

A dedicated member and leader at YPPC, Martha has served the church in various roles for more than 10 years.  She and Stan have four grown children.  Martha has served in areas of Christian Education, children and youth ministries, and connecting people to ministry.

Administrative Assistant

Lynn Mercer

Lynn is married, with two grown children and three grandchildren. After graduating from Hanahan High School, she attended Conede’ Business College.  She also received a certificate in Computer Technology from Trident Technical College. She has been with Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church since April, 1989.

Thank You, Lynn Mercer!

Some there are who serve and serve and serve with steadfast loyalty and good spirits. We are blessed to have such a person in Lynn Mercer. Last week, Lynn completed thirty years of service as the church’s office manager. She does so many things that keep the church operating smoothly and keep the minister out of trouble. (Lynn has an uncanny ability to know what I have overlooked or forgotten and remind me. She “bails me out” about once a week!) Please add your voice to mine in telling Lynn what a joy it is to have her as part of our church family and staff.

Choir Director
Gina Litchfield

Gina was born and raised in South Carolina to a minister's family, and accepted Jesus Christ at the age of six. Since that time, life has been a journey with many various experiences and has taken her to many places where she always found herself serving the church in one way or another. The opportunity to be part of the staff at Yeamans Park fulfills a calling in her heart to lead the people of God to proclaim God's truth through music and to help them reach their potential. She has been married to Matthew Litchfield for 21 years and has three children. When she's not teaching or working at church, you will find her family volunteering at the SC Aquarium, Patriot's Point, or the Charleston Animal Society. She currently teaches music in CCSD and loves it.
